"Stayed here before and because of that we decided to repeat the stay. Unfortunately, now unsure to come back there more. 1. Room Ordered for king size bed but was given 2single bed combine to 1. After complaint, wait 30 min to get room changes. 2. By 3pm next day cleaning was not done and have to call and request 3. Housekeeping staff was very smelly and left the odour at the room and walk away area (Hygeine should be 1st thing to be details ) 4. The bedsheet and pillow have a some kind smell similar to housekeeping staff 5 Star hotel should have the expectation of 5 star services. "

"I stayed here for 1 night and never again. Was given room 2611 and it was an adjoining room. I could hear the kids next door all night. Then the temperature control in the room doesn’t work! It stays at 24C all night! The pillow and duvet is cheap quality and not cotton so it feels really hot! I normally stay opposite my favourite hotel and will continue doing so. Last time in St Giles"

"Airconditioning turns on and off every 10 minutes. Room phone not working so you have to go to the lobby to complain. Complained with the receptionist, says the maintenance crew will attend to my room, does not come at all. Took a 3 bed room, came with only 2 sets of pillows. Complained about this, same case, housekeeping did not come either. Thankfully only stayed one night. Staff not equipped to handle high occupancy rate. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's location and convenience. Everything else is below average. "

"Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star. Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. Food was not refill after finished. Buffet Dinner -> servant was not enough to well serve all customers. Our tables was full of used dirty plates and bowls which servant was coming for collection with long wait once. None friendliness serving during whole experience of dinner. Overal Rateing was 3 star to be given. "
