"Nice simple Hotel. Comfortable. would be better if the breakfast had more choices and also a freshly brewed coffee machine. Nothing to really complain, just that my room window was open during my first day ( only realised that it was open due to the loud noise i can hear from outside ) this is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel, highly recommended for a hassle free stay"

"When we checked in we do not check on the access card because we expected it to work. But we went out and came back at 12:30am and we cannot enter. We called the front desk and no answer. We knocked on the door, hopefully someone could hear us but no one came down to open the door for us. We waited for about 30- 40 mins. Then, what can we do? "Reception staff very friendly, always with a big smile and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Only setback is you have to go to the 6th floor to collect your hairdryer and flask in order to have hot water for making drinks. Bring own shampoo coz they supply bath foam only."

One night and last night
"I stayed here for 1 night and never again. Was given room 2611 and it was an adjoining room. I could hear the kids next door all night. Then the temperature control in the room doesn’t work! It stays at 24C all night! The pillow and duvet is cheap quality and not cotton so it feels really hot! I normally stay opposite my favourite hotel and will continue doing so. Last time in St Giles"
