"Lotte’s cleanliness and location are excellent. I was there to attend an event on Saturday evening, but our room had no closet to hang our outfits. We were assigned room 3802. The reception insisted that the door across the bathroom was the closet but that door was locked! Impossible that three strong and capable adults could not open a door! Oh, and forget about coffee in the room. You have to go down to the lobby or out of the hotel to buy coffee. "

"We loved the hotel… However, we were a bit surprised at check-in that we had to pay over $100 for “amenities“… which basically consisted of “free”coffee, tea, or hot chocolate in the mornings. Get ready for the smallest elevators you’ve been on… Though I understand it’s the charm of the building."

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Midtown, as our choir sang at Carnegie Hall on June 1. It was a perfect location for us to be able to walk to Times Square and Carnegie Hall. I enjoyed it two years ago, and there were no surprises this time. Everything was the way it should be, and I was definitely satisfied with my visit."
