"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

"Felt cheated . Book n paid for king/ queen bed but given super single. I have stayed 1509 many times but this time they changed the bed size to smaller! Not worth for the price paid. Will check in again this coming week , hope the correct bed size is back. Reported to front desk."

"We arrived late at night, so had to walk for about 50metres to the hotel due to the night street market at jln alor. Our 4nights stay was pleasant. Food hunters heaven, easy walk to Bukit bintang, low yat, berjaya times square. Only need to improve on the tv channels. Managed to get AXN only.."

"Had a quality time with family. Swimming Pool and shopping mall were very nearby. My kids, they loved the environment and surroundings. Staffs were helpful, provided everything we needed and wanted. Thanks a lot for that. Full marks for that 💯 Recommended. "

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not...
