Hotel Kembara di Tasik Como

"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

"Very nice bed and breakfast - room was large with full bath included, had A/C, great breakfast. about a 1 1/2 mile trek into Bellagio, but not a bad walk at all. Very happy with our stay at alocanda della Maria"

" This is a beautiful hotel boutique with the best staff ever. The views from the room are gorgeous and the nice little garden over the lake where the restaurant is located has such a nice view. The hotel has also access to the lake, in case you want to swim, when the weather is good. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel and the ferry to go to Bellagio is walking distance. The family who owns will make sure to make you feel at home. The breakfast and meals are good, authentic...

"Located right in front of the ferry stop makes it easy to manage luggage. Great range of buffet breakfast options. Shower over bath wasn't the best but we did enjoy a bath with the spa jets. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a bonus. "
