Room was very nice and clean. However the first day one of the two elevators was out of service and the 2nd day both were out of service! It said it was for maintenance and if so, why didn’t they do one at a time. We had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs, making several trips. We are elderly and the hotel offered no help

When I made our reservations I asked for two rooms as close together as possible one room was on 3rd floor and other room on 4th floor. On the plus side rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

When we opened the door to our room the smell of marijuana just about knocked us out. We called the front desk and the clerk was very nice but unfortunately the hotel was full and there wasn’t another room available. He did come up to our room with some air freshener and apologized for the odor. I just can’t believe that the room was considered “clean”…
