"Great place to stay. Clean , bed were comfortable. I gave a 4 stars because during breakfast, the food warmer didn’t seem to work well. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were still cold despite being the warmer. But over all it was great"

"Had a wonderful stay! Bed and pillows are super soft and had an easy check in as well. Staff was super nice and kept it clean. Breakfast was great too! Wonderful perk to staying and it nearby so many attractions and restaurants. Can't wait for my next stay here."

"I like the proximity to the major freeway interchange of 680 and 17, be able to walk to Valley Fair Mall/Santana Row if I chose to (and I did), and being across the street from Falafel’s Drive-in (had gone there for years when in college, decades before it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives!) The place is clean and modern and fancy. What I didn’t like was that someone took the valet cart and I had to make multiple trips to/from my car on the bottom floor while my room was on the 2nd...

"The staff lady was super nice, the long haired guy at the registration wasn't much of a people's person. The people on the floor above our room kept walking or running back and forth during the hours 10pm-3am. I couldn't get a good night sleep. Other than that, it's a clean and beautiful place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was family friendly with the pool and outdoor lounge spaces. Appreciated having the restaurant/lounge/cafes available right on site. There was also a communal microwave on our floor which was useful. The only thing to note is the parking fees $40/per car per night can add up quickly. "

"Property is a beautiful historic building, but parking was overpriced. Valet is $51 for over night. Convention Center is a small walk across the street, but still cost us $44 dollars for parking from 2am - 12pm ( 10 hours - $1 every 15 minutes )."
