"Rooms were very small but adequate. The bed is a small double and mattress lumpy so really felt like we were gonna fall out the bed. I wouldn’t stay in that type of room again for that reason. Also I booked 2 rooms in same booking with Expedia but the hotel put us in different blocks. They were able to move us together after some discussion and showing evidence of one booking for 2 rooms. So in this scenario they require that you email ahead to the hotel and link your booking! "

"We stayed there after visiting peppa pig world . It was a lovely room, well equipped. The pool was lovely warm , child frendly . The chap on duty Sunday night when we arrived was so lovely . "

"Hotel is very close to train station and cruise terminal. Food in restaurant was excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Room was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable bed."

"Had booked 2 nights (28th, 29thOct) in a double room. Arrived on the evening of the 28th to be told they had no available double rooms, despite the fact i had paid almost a month in advance. Was informed they could put me up in a double room in the hotel next door for the first night, then return to my original hotel for the second night.
