"Had a really lovely stay with my sister for just one night. The only that could have made the stay better was at breakfast my sister asked for a veggie sausage, staff were keen to get this for her but nobody explained how long it would take, she waited at the server for nearly 10min before someone asked what she was waiting for and they said they would bring the veggie sausage to our table. In the meantime I’m waiting for her and both our breakfasts got cold. If we had know it would take so...

"Rooms were very small but adequate. The bed is a small double and mattress lumpy so really felt like we were gonna fall out the bed. I wouldn’t stay in that type of room again for that reason. Also I booked 2 rooms in same booking with Expedia but the hotel put us in different blocks. They were able to move us together after some discussion and showing evidence of one booking for 2 rooms. So in this scenario they require that you email ahead to the hotel and link your booking! "
