"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"The room that me and my son stayed in was room 90. This is advertised for 2 persons but it's really not. The bedroom is really a single stay because the double bed my son had to climb over me to get in or out of bed and it would have been the same if I slept near the wall. "This is a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The carpets in the stairs and corridors in particular are in need of a thorough deep clean; the rooms themselves had been well looked after.
