"위치가 깡패에요. 이곳저곳 다니기 너무 좋았고 밤늦게여도 위험하지 않은 느낌 입니다. 객실로 이동시 꼭 5층을 거쳐서 올라갈 수 있는데 조금은 귀찮지만 이 또한 안전한 느낌 입니다. 외부 뷰가 시부야 스퀘어가 아니더라도 중앙 엘베 기다릴 때 통창뷰가 있어서 꼭 스벅에 가서 찍지 않더라도 진기한 장면? 촬영하기 너무 좋았어요. 내부 캐리어 두개 펼쳐도 좁지 않았고, 따로 테이블과 의자가 있어서 저녁에 뭐 사와서 먹기도 좋았습니다. 침대며 화장실 너무 깔끔하고 좋았는데 전기포트가 너무너무너무 더러운건 옥의 티에요ㅠ 씻어도 이건 안되겠다 싶어서 라면 먹기를 포기 했습니다. "

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"The hotel is located very close to the Shibuya station in a very quiet street with several small restaurants, bars and convenience stores close by. The only thing we missed what a good place for breakfast. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind."

"Cozy hotel in a great location! It’s really close to many shops and restaurants, and just a 5-10 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble Square. Right across the street from the hotel is an entrance to the subway (JR Shibuya Station) which makes transportation super accessible. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it was a good size for 2 people! I would definitely stay here again and really recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel in Shibuya area."

"公寓位置方便，三分鐘到西新宿五丁目地鐵站，不用半小時就到新宿站，方便去不同地方。公寓附近有好多便利店，位置也不偏僻，感覺安全。"
