"Though not as close to central areas of Causeway Bay like some other hotels, this hotel is still in a handy location given a 15 min. additional walk. I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was that when I tried to find a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, I noted that it is only open for breakfast & lunch. I can understand the reason for that but this negative does not let me put my tick on "excellent" on overall rating."

The rooms are small, but perfectly designed so that you don't feel cramped, has everything you need. Rooms are very clean. "Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it.
