The staff beside us are the wrong room. Then she tried to change it. Both rooms were dirty. There was lots of noise, especially animals barking. We left and went somewhere else.

Hotel was relatively quiet for our 1 night stay. The room, however, smelled bad and one of the beds had dirty sheets on it. Thankfully, we were able to use the alternate bed. The door peephole had a tissue jammed into it. After a long day of driving, this was not a pleasant experience. Morning staff could care less about condition of the room. Not even a verbal apology given.

The lady checking us in was excellent, the room itself was great with a very good shower, clean room and very comfortable beds. The gentleman on the desk in the morning was doing double duty trying to set up breakfast and run the desk at the same time. No breakfast was available at the scheduled time, though he was working on it, and he was relatively rude at checking out. Though probably because he was over stressed from being alone trying to get things done when he should have had help. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we couldn't wait to have it all set up. We would stay at this hotel again, but they really could use more morning help.

Clean and conveniently located off the I 40. Water temperature varied in the shower and the air conditioning unit was noisy and we could not adjust the temperature.

We were grateful for pet-friendly rooms with tile floors. Our two dogs were awesome and did not have any “accidents” in spite of the strong pet urine smell that permeated the room. It was like sleeping in a pet toilet. Otherwise, nice staff, good pricing, adequate rooms.

We stay at this Super 8 every year after spending spring break in Arizona. It’s a great place to stay. Good breakfast. We have a group of 5 so the suite room with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms works great for us.

Our stay was good. The only complain I have is there breakfast. They were out of bread and muffins by 8 AM and there were no fruits which could be very challenging for vegetarians.

Comfy bed. Easy check in and out. I wish the toilet was higher. I had knee replacement and the 14” toilet hurt my knee to sit down. Also, the employees in the morning let a lot of items run out in the breakfast area! No bread for toast, no milk, no eggs!! Guests had to ask for them to be refilled! Waffle iron needed to be cleaned. There was a piece of waffle stuck on one of them. We have stayed here many times and there was an older Hispanic woman that was always on top of things!! We stayed during COVID and she was at the front handing out bags with fruit, a muffin and juice! I believe this Super 8 is under new management. I hope she retired and not fired!
