"We slept here for a few hours after we landed in the middle of the night from the US. Really nice to be able to walk a few steps from Immigration to this place and crash. Breakfast is very minimal, but there are lots of options in the Jewel. The “cabin” is tiny, but adequate for 2 people and a couple of suitcases."

"Old hotel. Thin walls, can hear neighbour’s conversations loud and clear. Housekeeping is abysmal. Of the 7 days we were there. There was only one day that housekeeping cleaned the room properly. "The hotel room was clean and house keeping is very prompt. The make up service was fast and bed chamber man was paying attention to details. Good job by the bed chamber man on level 3 for dates 10-13 March 2015. We were happy coming back to a clean room after tiring days out in the city. However this hotel is overall not too suitable for younger children due to "loud & noisy activities" in the neighbouring rooms. "

"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."

"We had a one night stay in a room with a window and needed to be close to the airport. The room is small and compact but big enough to comfortably fit 2 large suitcases and hand luggage. Perfect for one even 2 nights . Staff very helpful. Easy and cheap to get taxi or grab everywhere. Sockets and lttle desk and chair by bed. Plenty of storage. "
