"We had a quite and comfy stay. I booked very last minute (like 10 minute before checking in) and when I walked in there were many people coming in, turned out we booked the last room. I recommend book in advance. Terminal 3 at night was quiet. We had 4 meals (2 per each) for 12 hour stay. It was alright."

"Old hotel. Thin walls, can hear neighbour’s conversations loud and clear. Housekeeping is abysmal. Of the 7 days we were there. There was only one day that housekeeping cleaned the room properly. No sound insulation from outside. You can hear the planes landing/taking off at all hours of the night."

"The hotel room was clean and house keeping is very prompt. The make up service was fast and bed chamber man was paying attention to details. Good job by the bed chamber man on level 3 for dates 10-13 March 2015. We were happy coming back to a clean room after tiring days out in the city. However this hotel is overall not too suitable for younger children due to "loud & noisy activities" in the neighbouring rooms. "

"I found this hotel to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is very clean and well managed. The Staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located conveniently near a bus stop that also stops at the MRT stations as it winds its way through town. We stayed 7 days. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers."

"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. "Denry was kind and helpful from the moment I checked in. Having my room upgraded and a cake delivered was a thoughtful gesture that moved me. The room had incredible amenities and the decor was stunning. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast staff maravel made me feel right at home. I wish this hotel and staff was in every city I have to travel too. This property is a cut above the rest. "
