"We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. We will be back ☺️"

"This is our 5th stay pre cruise at the Doubletree Hilton, all very clean and service very good. Easy check in. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight."

"Rooms were very small but adequate. The bed is a small double and mattress lumpy so really felt like we were gonna fall out the bed. I wouldn’t stay in that type of room again for that reason. Also I booked 2 rooms in same booking with Expedia but the hotel put us in different blocks. They were able to move us together after some discussion and showing evidence of one booking for 2 rooms. So in this scenario they require that you email ahead to the hotel and link your booking! "

"All good. Swimming pool and associated facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam room too small if lots of guests are using the pool as was the case on Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning at 0800 was empty so we managed to enjoy the facilities then but Saturday afternoon was literally packed and not a great experience."
