"Been coming here for a few years as its such a good location and generally nice hotel. Made the mistake of booking a ground floor room, was lovely having access to the gardens with patio doors but not so much being kept awake by the people in the room above us... literally every conversation, footstep and bedroom gymnastics. The staff were great 10/10. The location is quiet and lovely by the river. Very convenient for walking into town and lots of parking."

"Very good location to stay near the town center and a short drive away from Stonehenge! The only thing I wish was improved was the plumbing at the guestroom toilets. There was no sufficient water flow and you need to flush 10 times. Shower and sink worked great, though."

"Rooms were amazing But a little hot during the night. This is with the radiator turned off. For the price of food you would expect more on your plate. Drinks prices are more then London prices. Glass of wine pint of beer and a whisky and coke £29. Get the same drinks over the rd for £10"

"The hotel is magical - the staff super friendly. The decor elegant - remodel very well done - its very chic and not done in cheep way - the quality of toiletries and tea in room are high end - organic - wish we could stay here longer. The only thing to watch out for is check-in is closed from 12h-15h. The stairway up to the rooms is a bit narrow. Not a problem but just to be aware if you use oversized luggage. I would defiantly stay here again. "

"Room was ok. Wasn't like the pictures on the site but the bed was large and very comfy. Floors were rather creaky so glad we were on the top floor and not on any of the lower ones. The staff were all lovely and the dinner and breakfast we had were very nice"
