"We had a very pleasant stay at The Beeches. The staff were helpful and the facilities exactly as advertised. I would recommend the restaurant and bar - both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner especially, featured unusual dishes, good sized portions all beautifully presented. Our suite was clean,if slightly worn around the edges. Bathroom well equipped. "Struggled to find the place got sat navved. The room was not huge but the bed was very comfortable I got some quality sleep and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice. Very convenient for the city centre. Car parking was a touch expensive £15.95 for 24hrs in the old narrow laned multi storey virtually next door. I could have saved some money getting the NCP app prior then it would have been £9. But it was all a bit last minute as I had been bumped from a booking elsewhere that fell...

"Overall a good one night stay. Location perfect if travelling my train (opposite the entrance). But also only a 3 minute walk from nearest multi storey car park if driving. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet although the fabric could do with a bit of attention which I will feedback to the hotel directly. Despite that, I would probably stay again. "
