"Starting with the positive, the location is very good. Easy to get into the city or to and from airport/train station. As for the issues, communication was poor. This might be a result of the host, or the booking service (hotels.com), or my phone not working well out of the country. We did not get check in information until requesting it, wifi passwords were incorrect, and how to handle garbage/kitchen quirks did not exist. "This is a lovely, remote and charming restaurant with rooms above where we stayed (you can also rent cabins). The rooms on the floor above the restaurant are clean and comfortable but do not have en suite bathrooms. Shared bathrooms are down the hall. However, there is the convenience of being in the same building as the restaurant since there are so few eating establishments in the village. "This was a short personal trip to Asker, I just need a place to spent the night, and that was the cheapest place that I found, so it a good place to stay for short terms, is a 15min walking distance to the city center and main train station, the room is comfortable and clean, general speaking is a price- value option, breakfast is not included but you have the kitchen available to cook, warm your food and a kettle to heat up water to prepare your cafe or infusions"
