"Good location. Room was small but perfectly adequate and with nice bathroom. Lake view was not great - large flat room in front of us. Nice gardens on the edge of the lake. The Waterhead Inn next door had a great team working there, more friendly. We ate there and that was very good. Easy to walk into Ambleside, no need to drive which is a huge bonus.
