"Beautiful hotel "

"A lovely family, very friendly and perfect location for easy access to Liverpool. We had a 2nd floor room with amazing views of the Liver building and river Mersey. The breakfast was top quality and plenty of it. Everything was very relaxed and welcoming, would definitely like to stay again"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Paid for an upgraded room which apart from a bigger bed and access to a lounge, it wasnt anything special. Apart from that its a great location for the waterside and 10 min walk to shops and attractions etc. Swimming pool on site was good but very busy (lots of kids too). Staff all were excellent. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel! Our room was spacious and the bedroom, bathroom and toilet were clean upon arrival. Note: The bed mattresses were firm. The receptionist staff member that checked us in was really friendly and helpful (I asked them a few questions which they answered with clarity) The breakfast staff (3 hosts and a cook) provided a really efficient service ensuring tables were cleaned, people were seated and food was topped up!
