"The worst stay ever. The apartment is spacious and view is nice. The apartment condition is bad , the sofa is full of stain and dirty, Unpleasant smell around the house, the furniture also broken alot . Even bed sheet got stained . I passed Rm200 for security deposit at the counter upon check in , however I had checkout earlier the next day, the staff said will refund the money in 1-2days, however it was refunded after 4days and they deducted Rm63.68 from my deposit FOR NO REASON. "The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient.
