When my employees arrived, they did not have our correct reservation, saying they thought they were scheduled to arrive the next day (NOT TRUE, AND WE HAD CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATED DIRECTLY WITH THE PEROPERTY THE DAY BEFORE) leaving my employees with stranded. We were able to obtain a reservation at a different property and cancelled the reservation. They are now refusing to refund our prepaid reservation because we cancelled too late!!! It is ridiculous!

The area is convenient for moving around. Parking is $37 per day. The Breakfast was very nice.

The parking is not convenient for the number of rooms/parties you have staying there. The "garage full" sign was out quite a few times during our stay and others had to find parking elsewhere even though theyd purchased a parking pass. I don't think thats worth paying for parking; it actually feels like a rip off for what you pay.

We had our first night out after having our son 4 months ago by going to an adult prom that a radio show was hosting. We chose to park across the street at IUPUI with our parking pass & walking over was simple. Our room was nice. The hotel was relatively quiet. Breakfast had lots of options. Would stay there again for sure!

A month or so before my reservation dates of April 7-8 I canceled that reservation thinking I would get a refund. I was sure that I chose the refundable option on Expedia but was told that I had not. I had no proof. So I NEVER again will stay at any Hilton hotel or use Expedia for anything. (I've told all my friends and relatives about this experience.)

Very clean, nicely furnished. No carpets a plus!! Parking garage full and had to valet but valet was professional and never had to wait for my car. Lobby coffee good too. No early check in but comfortable seating to wait.

Nice location. Friendly staff. The only real downside was the breakfast quality. No fruit for topping the waffles, eggs were not good. Oatmeal was okay, though

Pillows could use to be bigger and have some fluff. Unfortunately I came down to breakfast about 20 minutes before it ended and there was nothing left to eat and staff was not getting more food. I went to the second breakfast area to find a line of people and almost no food and they were not bringing more out so people were filling there plates with what was left and didn’t care how many people were in line. So no free breakfast for us! But I gave the place 4 stars because it was clean and modern and easy parking in the garage for an additional fee. Also a lot of things to walk to nearby like a grocery store, park, canal walkway and the zoo. Lots of sirens went by and you could hear that clearly and hear everything people said in the hall outside your room.

No restaurant at hotel, no hot tub, breakfast subpar, Staff unfriendly. We did not get an option to park in garage. They said garage was full even though it was not. forced us to have to pay for valet parking. I would not stay here if you have small children very inconvenient to walk to kid friendly restaurants.

Our room (4th floor) was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Shower was nice, water pressure satisfactory. Facility was overall clean. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had options for everyone. Including my grandson, who can only have almond milk. The banana bread waffles were especially tasty! Will definitely visit again.

The staff and hotel were very nice. I did not care for the sliding door at the bathroom. The door did not cover the entire opening. The parking was very difficult to navigate. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great family stay near downtown
Modern clean hotel with welcoming staff. Quiet setting, easy parking, nice breakfast. Front desk was a little tricky to find at first, did not realize attached to the additional hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times for IASBO conferences. It is consistently great. If there any issues they are addressed right away. I ran out of tissues and they were in my room when I got back, etc… I normally get a smile and a greeting when I walk in. Even if I’m not checking in.

We had a Handicap room. It was on the 3rd floor and was the room furthest from the lobby. There were no chairs or a couch in the room. I requested that they bring us at least one chair. They said they would try. No chair was brought. My wife gets in pain if she cannot change positions. We were going to Methodist Hospital for a biopsy. She had a terrible night because she could not sleep. The room had a walk in shower which was nice but the soap etc were in bottles attached to the shower wall so far from the set for showering that they could not be reached. There were no grab bars in the shower or by the commode which makes moving from a wheel chair to either very difficult. There was one door in the hall getting to the room that a person moving the chair on their own would not have been able to get through because there was about a half inch of space or 1/4 on each side. The room was basically that they needed by law to have access rooms but this was just a poorly done get it built. If you need a handicap room make them show you what you are getting before you pay or better yet go to reserve at a different Hotel. The idea was that we would make the long drive up the night before because she has a hard time riding long distances in a car. Also the hotel is about 6 minutes from the hospital. To much money and pain for my wife with a crappy outcome.

I wish we could have stayed longer but we were there to get to Riley's Children hospital early the next morning. Only complaint is the parking fee. $37 for parking garage & $40 for valet. It may have been on the website but I didn't see it or think about it. Front desk & valet were very kind and accommodating. $0 for parking less than 12 hours is really excessive.

Pet cost vs kids
I was very happy with the hotel except that I have to pay a $75. pet fee on a well behaved dog and there were at least a dozen families here with kids that did more damage to the hotel than my dog would ever be allowed to do. I should have checked on free parking cause that was another expense I wasn’t expecting. The extra cost makes it not affordable to stay as a senior traveler. Most of us like to travel with our pets and the extra cost is too high. Although I enjoyed my stay the cost makes me have to reevaluate my next trip.

Great staff. Super friendly and on top of our needs It was terribly cold that day and the lobby was ice cold. I felt sorry for the front desk worker. Her glasses were frosted over. My key card never worked for the garage lift. Somebody had to be called every time. Not sure why?
