"Centrally located midtown Manhattan hotel. Elegant aesthetic. Neither a bargain nor super expensive for New York prices. Spacious and comfortable king bed. Lost a few points for lack of mini fridge or coffee maker in the room, and also no in-lobby complimentary coffee. This is the fourth Omni property I’ve stayed at, and it struck me as the lowest of the four, service and friendliness-wise."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just minutes away from the middle of everything in Times Square. The only negative I can say is the fact there there are no microwaves in the whole hotel. None in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel so when we brought back leftovers we ended up wasting them. The room was tiny but I guess that what you get in Times Square. The room was however, clean and the bed was comfortable. Not to mention the staff was friendly. "

"My mom and I stayed here for our yearly girls trip & it is now going to be our go-to hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff was incredible, they grabbed our luggage before we even had a chance to and held it for us until our room was ready. The concierge, Jalal (forgive my spelling if incorrect), showed us to our room and gave us his number if we needed anything at all during our stay & set up transportation from the hotel back to the airport for our departure day. "Hotel is located close to time square Madison square gardens and other attractions. Close is port authority which can connect you to many of the subway lines. Walking underground to the many of the stations. Many attractions are within walking distance. Had some minor issue with room which was addressed promptly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Area to eat can get busy however plenty of room. Elevators wait times were less than expected after reading online reviews and staying at other hotels....
