"I LOVED that it was so quiet inside the hotel. I slept amazingly!! It is important to note that this is a hotel you come to to sleep, not really to pass time. "The hotel has a modern style, the room was sufficiently equipped. The breakfast buffet was ok, although the selection of bread and cheese was quite limited. The service was good though, a friendly woman from the service reserved a place for the three of us in the next morning. For our son with physical disability we asked for a chair for the shower which couldn't be provided. A little bit more flexibility to find a solution here would have been desirable."

"This hotel is terrific!! Right across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum and down the street from Harrod's, the location is outstanding. The room was beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The staff were super helpful. There were good dining options especially the high tea in the afternoon and the breakfast was a great start to each morning. The best thing was the people, everyone was very friendly and super helpful. "
