"Our non smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. My friend and I are allergic so the room gave us a headache. We didn’t notice it when we checked in but the longer we were in there the more it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The surfaces also hadn’t been wiped down. But the staff was friendly and professional and it except for the allergy it was a good Hoyle for the price. "

"Our stay was good. The only problem.we had was at check in as the internet was down. "I stay was nice for the one night. We did have two nights booked, but we had a family large emergency and had to leave to try to catch an early flight – we also missed our opportunity meet with our realtor that day to show us property, which was the reason we went to Aiken. However, we understand the 48 hour policy things do happen and it wasn’t emergency. It wasn’t like they were lacking business and had a memorial weekend coming up. We were told we could only get a credit when we ever return....
