"We were initially given a room on the basement floor which did not work for us. It was very noisy and I personally felt claustrophobic without actual windows to be able to see out of. The room was clean but the bathroom shower wasn't clean enough for our standards. We did ask to move to another room, and the staff was able to accommodate us to a room on the 3rd floor.
