"I thought we would be at the Simonton Street location. I was unaware there was a Frances Street location. That should have been made clear to us, because we were separated from our friends and had a much longer walk to Duval Street. Also the Frances Street location had NO WATER to offer when it was a very hot and humid day! Finally, there was some breakfast food items left in the outdoor area for a while before it was cleaned up. "

"There are many options for lodging in Key West. I chose this one as the most value for my money; a clean comfortable room with everything one would need. The only cheaper option available on the island was a bunk in a hostel. And the larger hotels were priced much higher due to demand and location. Parking was available but very limited. A little further from the main strip than other options, but close enough to still walk. Shower only, no tub; with weak water pressure. Air conditioning...

"Great stay! Location is nice, it's right at the end of Siesta Key. It's about a 3 min walk to the beach where there is a small public spot where you can set up a tent or umbrellas and chairs that are provided by The Cottages at Siesta Key. There is a convent store/mini market close by but not really within walking distance. Restaurants and Siesta Village are a shore drive away. Our cottage came with 2 parking spots. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. Our room (Key Lime) was beautiful, quiet and surrounded by tropical gardens. A delicious hot breakfast was served in a garden, and a small buffet of cold items was out every morning. The inn is just beautiful and we highly recommend. We will return."

"Mirror in bathroom is not functional and lighting above mirror was flimsy and loose. Ceiling fan blades are in need of a serious cleaning. Shower faucet handles are loose which makes it difficult to turn water on/off. Lack of lighting at the house entrance door creates a hazard climbing the stairs and entering the home. "

"Kyle was amazing - very accommodating! Adorable room with an amazing view. The nearby restaurants and bars made for fun days and nights out. We would definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about our visit. "
