"Basic safari hotel. Institutional catering. Unfortunately, the Safari vehicles were worn out and very uncomfortable. They had not replaced the shock absorber which made the drive very uncomfortable. Convenient to Cape Town, but clearly not the right bush for giraffes which had their heads permanently bowed due to lack of any trees."

"We had a lovely stay at the Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve! Check in was a breeze, the meals were terrific, the room was clean and robes were terrific! The game drives were terrific and Kevin was an excellent guide and extremely knowledgeable. We got some terrific pictures of the wildlife! We would highly recommend. "

"Very beautiful place with very welcoming owners. This break at the end of the working day was very relaxing. For Europeans not used to loadshedding, bring mosquito repellent to protect yourself from their arrival when the fan stops! This will not stop me from coming back each time I will visit Paarl. "Nice property but they weren't very accommodating. We had asked if we could bring breakfast back to the room for another guest who wanted to sleep in a little bit and they said we couldnt because they were concerned that the food would sustain the sheets. Very strange response to be honest. Especially since they have a dining table and chairs in the room. Also there wasn't much variety for breakfast or many options for dinner "

"Somehow we got a Standard cottage which I think is a Hotels.com glitch but we were happy with it. Not many other people otherwise the cottages may have been a bit close together, also quite near the road (Pinotage cottage). Nice pool and spa and deck that looks out onto a dry field with zebra and springbok. Nice view onto the mountains. Well-situated."
