"This is one of the best hotels in Africa if not the world.. the front desk ppl were soo friendly.. the reservations people were quick To solve any issues and even compensate when they didn’t have to. So many dinning options.. the spa is amazing, pool area peaceful and serene.. . thanks to Expedia and Houghton I got every penny of my monies worth.. I will definitely stay there again.. love love love it.."

"My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Cape Town and generally enjoyed our stay. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel and he was largely on time for our arrival. The price did change at the last minute though and when I asked why, multiple times, no one at the hotel would give me an answer. The room itself was good, very spacious. The shower was over a tub which was fine provided no mobility issues. Ours did leak a bit so we'd end up with some water pooling...
