"The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. "Wow! This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Everything about it is perfect. First the location: if you arrive by bus from Brasov the bus stop is right at the end of the street, less than one minute from the hotel (and the same for the return trip). The hotel is opposite a lovely little park and across the road from the castle grounds. The view of Bran Castle is outstanding. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was ok, it was a bit weird the clerk couldn't find Netherlands in their register, but in the end they gave us Seattle as home address which worked for me. The room had enough space and there were enough amenities. I had a view on a church on a hill.
