Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through Hotels.com. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am."

"It is a grad hotel Soviet style closed to the old historical centre of the city. It is part of a huge casino with most guests coming for gambling. It is conveniently positioned. Rooms are of a good sized but outdated, tied, not fit with enough electric points for charging you phone or a tablet. Instead of a show it was an old style bath. Was not able to use swim g pool. They sell tickets to it to outsiders. It was so busy- no chance to swim. Massages in spa are cheap but you get what you pay...

"We stayed for just two nights and right off the bat we were greeted with a very friendly atmosphere helped by the desk clerk whose name was Kamelia, she was so helpfull and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She as did all the staff welcomed my dog Jessie and really made us feel comfortable. I highly recomend this hotel and defifinately would stay there again in a heartbeat. "The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me."

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "
