"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Hotel was better than expected after reading the reviews. Previously stayed at the hotel many years ago with previous owners & it has so many facilities for kids it has the potential to be a great hotel (like it used to) Biggest let down was the heat of the room.
