"This was our first ryokan experience. The service was incredible throughout - very easy to communicate with the hotel team, who were very responsive and helpful. "This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing.
