"Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star. Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. "First time staying but already had the best impression. Superb location exactly in the heart of Ayer Itam. Walking for a day around the area is fun enough. Super friendly hotel staff. Secure parking. Very comfortable room with YouTube TV. I just love everything about this hotel including its reasonable pricing!"

" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."

"Actually I would not comment on this site but it's not a very pleasant stay with others playing hard rod music till 3 am that shouldn't be happening. Our tables was full of used dirty plates and bowls which servant was coming for collection with long wait once. None friendliness serving during whole experience of dinner. Overal Rateing was 3 star to be given. "
