"Thanks for allowing early check in. The king bed is very big and comfortable for 3 adults. There is a sofa bed provided and I requested additional 2 pillows and blanket. "They closed all access to the parking after midnight and i had to go around the midvalley for numerous times just to find the entrance to the parking. When i asked the security, they pointed to Gate 2 but it was closed as well. After several rounds, went and see the security at the lobby again and he said it is open without even checking it. Had to argue for some time before he finally reached out to mall security to help and open the gate. Please improve. "
