"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"클럽룸 예약으로 이그제큐티브 라운지서 체크인 진행하는데,, 여기까진 좋았으나 앞서 진행하고 있는 고객의 쓸데 없이 길어지는 질문으로.. 무한대기 체크인 테이블은 2테이블이었는데 한테이블만 운영하고, 웰컴드링크 서비스는 따로 되지 않았고,, 체크인 시 첫인상은 너무 지친나머지 힘들었으나,, 룸컨디션/라운지서비스 등은 너무 좋았어요. 단 라운지 조식 포함되신 분들은 별도 로비층 조식 추가금 내고 이용 굳이 안하셔도 될듯합니다. 로스트비프는 너무 차게 식어 있었고, 나이프도 잘 들지 않았고 약간 정신이 없어서,, 50% 할인을 해주심에도 불구하고 굳이 추가금 내고 이용할 이유가 없었다는.. "
