"Excellent laid back location. This is quite the little gem. Anthoney greeted us at arrival and then gave us a tour. Visitors do need to understand this is a 100 year old building that served sailors back in the day and the surrounding area is an established location with very friendly locals. "It's not every day you get to stay in a home that was built in 1895. Yes the floors are a bit slanted and the toilet is super low to the ground - it's all part of the charm. Easy walk to cute downtown Capitola. Super quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. Breakfast was brought to us at exactly the time we had requested. We will be back."
