"I chose this hotel for their location. That Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre delivered on. In general the hotel is in a desperate need of a rehab. From cracked blackout blinds to the dripping bidet shower head to the creaking elevators, it's obvious how tired it was. The breakfast buffet was OK from the choice perspective. But cold congee and soup for the noodles left me cold. "

"First day - room carpet, bed, curtain chairs , table dirty with dust, beverage and food stains, bathroom wall n floor gaps filled with mold n grime, barh towel with brown color stain n heavily frayed. Second day - Rooms attendant Somir done a very good job on cleaning the room. Air cond fan is slow Front office staffs as usually never stop attending to u with a big smile n attentive. All above is the Capitol deluxe room"

"Saya amat berpuas hati dengan keseluruhan perkhidmatan hotel ini. Cuma kemudahan wifi dalam bilik tidak mesra pengguna dan susah untuk connect. Justeru selama 6 hari menginap, saya tidak dapat gunakan wifi percuma ini. Siaran rancangan TV juga tidak hebat seperti hotel lain. Perlu perbanyakan lagi movie terkini. Kualiti set TV yang digunakan juga kurang baik."

"Apartment is spacious and comfortable, enough for our 8 people. Air-con is good. Rooms are big. The 3 bathrooms help in our morning rush 😁 Good location as it’s quite near to pavilion. There’s a cafe, Toast Box, below the apartment serving tasty food and good coffee. "

"The receptionist was helpful and polite. Just that there are 2 things that the hotel can try to improve. 1) The room was filled with damp smell so that we need to get a fragrance spray from the receptionist to remove the smell. 2) The carpark lots were insufficient. According to the website, it stated there are enough car park lots but when we reached there, the 4 carparks were occupied. Ended up we need to do double parking."
