"This was a great hotel. Clean, great location central to almost everything mid town has to offer, comfortable bed, good water pressure / shower, nice decor , etc. Only downside was the elevators were slow / small but didn’t affect us at all. I’ll def go back for my weekend trips to the city. "

"I loved the hotel - the reception staff were great! The restaurant staff were horrible. Ignored us. When we finally got our order it was because we had to get another staff to help us. One night we had to get the hostess track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants or bars to others. "

"This is our 4th time staying in POD51 over the space of about 10 years. Its a lovely, quiet hotel at a reasonable price. Its clean and in a convenient location. Times Square is aprox 25 minute walk or 15ish minute sub ride. 10/15 minute walk to the Rock. We've always stayed in the bunk pods with shared bathroom. 4 bathrooms per floor with a super handy light system in the room to tell you which ones are free. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. We will be back. "

"There are 2 locations- Temes Square and Downtown. We booked this hotel for the basketball court, however the basketball is located in the Downtown location and not Times Square. Rooms are very small and don’t have much ventilation. Also our restroom door fell when we checked in. It was very heavy and almost hit me.
