"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. I was disappointed that Expedia did not mention this at the time of booking, as it was very noisy and did impact sitting by the pool. There are also no laundry...

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were huge and clean with comfortable beds. We had a private pool which was nice and quiet. We ordered a floating breakfast- it was great with good breakfast options. I wished the room service was 24 hr service (like most hotels). The area of the hotel was nice but still a far walk to the restaurants nearby. Our overall stay was great! Will definitely be back."

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially wonderful Kris and the rest of the team who came in to make our delicious breakfasts each morning and did everything possible to make our stay extra special.
