For a 2-star hotel, the experience was better than expected and the staff/owner was attentive, helpful, and a good resource. The room was comfortable and location was conveniently located to the ocean and activities, but far enough away from the crowds in Blackpool. All-in a very positive experience.

Fantastic value for money, lovely staff and great breakfast. My room even had a view of the tower! Close to North station and North pier is less than 10 minutes away. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly The room was comfortable and clean with a very nice bathroom. Was in a good position and very good value. If stairs difficult it would not be good but they weren’t for me.

It is close to the beach and to the train station is the best part. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. A sleeper in bathroom or a mat would help maintain the bathroom clean and dry after taking shower.
