"- check in with friendly lady reception - 6/7 & 7/7 room cleaning and hk staff was superb - 8/7 room cleaning WORST , bedsheet with stain, towel all frayed n stained, toilet not clean, carpet not vacuumed, rubbish not cleared - ACCUsing me NOT paying the laundry charges n arguing with me. While in ur system stated i have fully PAID in advance - breakfast good and service staff very attentive n friendly NO point asking for feedback but no follow up!!! -"

"This hotel is very convenient for transit passengers. The fascilities are good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. I ordered the in room dining breakfast set this time. The food is delicious and the presentation were very thoughtful, which includes sending hot tea in a tumbler, and perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs sent with soy sauce. Will definitely recommend anyone staying here to try their in room dining as the standard of food is high."

"Room wasn't 100% cleaned - found a used cotton pad on the table, phone and tabletops were quite dusty and two out of the three rooms we booked did not have shower gel - they did't refill. A bit of a letdown as we had high expectations after staying at other Doubletree hotels. However, the hotel itself was quite beautiful and the beds were comfortable. "

"The checkin staff wasn't warm. My room 760, was lovely, the bed super comfortable BUT the carpet fixtures (screws/nails/whatever it was) can be felt at least at 3 places - at the end of the bed, near the chair by the window and by the side of the bed. it felt sharp and painful when stepped on. i informed the hotel manager who didn't offer to inspect and seemed uninterested about my concerns."

"Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers! The Accor Hotels...
