"The room was clean and tidy and had almost all you could wish for. The breakfast was help yourself but had enough for almost everyone. "The surroundings and ambiance of the hotel were beautiful and the staff were always polite and attentive. The food was lovely and there was plenty of convenient parking. "Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "
