"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"The property is has a very convenient location. The staff was friendly and advised me that my queen room would be the side of a closet so we chose a double bed room instead. I wasn't too happy with the smaller bed, but was happy with the larger room. Having to get ice from the lobby was inconvenient and the bar was never open during my time there.
