"This is my 4th time staying in Traders. The room is nice and always manage to get KLCC view from the room. The food during breakfast and in room dining were great too. The only issue was during check in at level 1. That moment it was quite long queue, but manageable. Thanks for the great services. "

"have been to this hotel multiple times for business porpose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner will come to your room twice daily for cleaning and top up your mineral bottles/tea/coffee which is cool. Breakfast served is variety and delicous as well. This hotel is very close to shopping mall and connecting LRT which is superb. Will coming back to this hotel for business/holiday purpose. Recommended!"

"Despite I had told the receptionist that I booked club room and ask for the location of premier check-in, but the guy still directed me to queue and wait for normal check-in counter, rather than lead me to club lounge for check-in. My booking entitled room upgrade, but the check-in staff not even mentioned that and ignore it. Furthermore, the room is very dated, and have no even a basic coffee machine for club room.
