"We had a wonderful staycation at The Grace, which had exactly what we needed. Especially like the old world charm with modern Rome’s and the clean feel of floor boards in the rooms."

"街の中心Town Hall駅から坂を下って徒歩５分ほどの場所にあります。ホテルの斜め反対側の階段を上がり歩行者用通路を進めばDarling Harbourにも数分で出られます。路面電車L2/L3がCircular Quayまで開通したのでショッピングにも便利です。以前からあるL1を使えばフィッシュマーケットにも行けます。予約時に禁煙、ベッド２台の部屋をリクエストしましたが、その通りの部屋で広さも十分、バスタブ付きでした。部屋は清潔、毎日きれいに清掃されていました。フロントのスタッフも皆笑顔で親切に接してくれました。朝５時前にチェックアウトしましたが、タクシーも待機しており、またTown Hallまで歩けば電車も4時台から動いています。立地、設備、サービスを考慮すれば宿泊代もリーズナブルでおすすめしたいホテルです。"

"Great place to stay near the airport. But just be aware of which side of the building u stay on as there can be a lot of plane noise thru the night and very early morning. But I wouldn’t hesitate in staying again. Couldn’t fault the place otherwise "

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"The gentleman in the lobby was very helpful and friendly , from helping with our cases to offering cutlery when ordering take away food , he couldn’t be more helpful ! It was in a central position walking distance to most tourist attractions "

"Helpful staff at reception. Professional and quick to attend to guests. Room was neat and clean. Comfortable bed and nice linen. Good buffet breakfast. Lifts were fast. Sauna was great. Pool and gym area needs some work and cleaned. Convenient location."

"Fantastic location. Especially for Vivid. Had breakfast at hotel one morning, very nice, good variety. Only downside was garbage truck parked outside our room in laneway at 2am emptying the whole of The Rocks bins for about 45 minutes. Staff very helpful. Able to store luggage before check in. "

"First time to stay. Convenient location as walkable to Kings Cross among other things. The Strand pub being directly across it is a bonus! Birthday treat for me and wanted a place with the view of Sydney harbour and Opera House, I got just that. "

"Hotel was conveniently located to Central Station so was perfect for our planned events. Bed was very comfortable for boyfriend who recently had back surgery. Had a couple of issues when first got to the room but they were quickly fixed by friendly staff. Highly recommend "
