"The premises of the hotel is not properly lit and the environment is not as clean. The room has a bad, sweaty smell, and the cleaning agent retains strong and unpleasant odors. Bed sheets and pillows have a bad sweaty smell too. In the morning, the air conditioning was emitting a bad cooking oil smell and disturb my morning sleep badly."

"The lifts were down this time during my stay. Too many guests were all just waiting for the service of a single lift. The air con can go from cold to normal room temperature then cold and normal room temperature again throughout the whole day,especially at night. But i like the hotel's location,checking in and out hassle free. Hotel's breakfast is nice though it's always the same food everytime i visited. Staffs are very friendly,always do their best to explain and help if guests have any...
