"Victoria at the front desk was the best. She made our stay! We had a great view from our room and the hotel was nice and quiet. We had a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just minutes away from the middle of everything in Times Square. The only negative I can say is the fact there there are no microwaves in the whole hotel. None in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel so when we brought back leftovers we ended up wasting them. The room was tiny but I guess that what you get in Times Square. The room was however, clean and the bed was comfortable. Not to mention the staff was friendly. "

"My mom and I stayed here for our yearly girls trip & it is now going to be our go-to hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff was incredible, they grabbed our luggage before we even had a chance to and held it for us until our room was ready. The concierge, Jalal (forgive my spelling if incorrect), showed us to our room and gave us his number if we needed anything at all during our stay & set up transportation from the hotel back to the airport for our departure day. I cannot recommend this...

"バスタブあり、ジャグジー付きで観光には寛げます 部屋に冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカーはなく、テーブルはありますがデスクは無いのでビジネス向きより観光向きかと思います 朝食は外でも食べれますが時間帯でかなり混み合います 味は普通ですが３日間滞在もホットフードは毎日異なりよかったです 残念なのがクラブ近くにあるのか、金、土曜日はうるさかったです"

"Great place to stay. Close to lots and real close to Time Square and the theater district. For the price I paid...could have used better TP. Not the cheap stuff. Good thing I brought my own. Staff were great and very helpful and accommodating."
