"I reached late night they never opened the door despite knocking for 30 minutes, It was cold freezing and raining, I almost died as this was isolated place and walking to any other hotel was very hard, I lost all my booking money and found a nic hotel at 2 am, all time horrible hotel experience."

"We had very little information before we stayed here so I am leaving a detailed review to help others. The best part about the apartment was the location - around the corner from the main square in Zagreb although neither taxi company dropped off or picked up at the door due to roadworks. The apartment was clean, had a good shower, had plentiful supplies of towels etc. and the bed was ok. It is on the third floor so as older travellers the lift was essential. "One has to take a bus or some form of transportation from the airport to the hotel. But it is a walkable distance to the central bus station. The walk to the center of the town was easy. The breakfast was excellent. The room is clean with AC. Overall, we were happy that we selected this hotel. "
